I want to personally thank Frunk for an amazing Energy Bars session she gave me as a birthday present this year.

I didn’t know what to expect with this session and kept an open mind for the experience.

By way of some background, I have been going through quite difficult, challenging times in my personal life and dealing with prolonged psychological abuse and resultant anxiety. I was also being triggered frequently, which brought on other negative health effects with it.

Back to my session with Frunk…. She is a great friend and a powerhouse of energy but I was very surprised with how much calmness she evoked during the session. She touched a few points in my head, was very attentive and focused throughout and said some powerful mantras which came to her during the session. Most of the time, I was in deep relaxation and checking out her beautiful patterned ceiling whilst lying down. I had a vivid sensation of my hair being lightly tugged and Frunk felt this too, however she wasn’t touching me. 

After this session, I walked away relaxed and was thankful for the experience. But what came in the weeks has been the surprise! I was able to stand up to my abuser and speak my truth without feeling threatened or fearful. I was also able to do this in a calm, nonchalant manner which has brought on a favourable position in this tug-of-war struggle with this person. I’d like to say that I felt something shift in my being after that session with Frunk, although I cannot pin-point this shift to a particular time or moment.

 To this date, I carry that position of power and truth within me with this abuser and am no longer afraid to speak my part. Not only that, I have been sleeping far better too which is always a win! 

Thank you Frunk for a very spiritual experience. Little bit in awe of you, my friend!
