The Bars is a technique that allows for change to happen if you truly desire it in your life. I facilitate a non-invasive process, that focuses on 32 points gently touched on your head. This technique gives you space in the mind to create more. It’s like deleting all the old patterns and feelings we have stores from past experiences that hold us back to endless possibilities.

I have been privileged to see the magic happen for so many people over the years in so many areas of their life. Such as money, career, relationships with self and others, depression, pain and sleep deprivation. I truly believe anything can change if you choose.

Our bodies talk to us in so many ways! The pain our bodies endure is through what we are currently experiencing or old patterns. So many times, there are unanswered questions but the pain is there! 

What is that? Is it our bodies telling us to stop and asking the question, what is this? What does my body need to create more ease in my life?

Access has many processes to assist with the immune system, pain, flexibility or blockages in your body. The body process is a hands-on method, where we speak to the body and follow the energy on various parts of body and asking for specific energies to run at each point. The aim is for the body to function in its natural form!

Another body process Access has is Energetic Facelift. It is another hands-on process which can reverse the signs of ageing. Making your skin glow and looking vibrant without any injections, machines or other trauma to your body. All over the world this technique is being used in facials to give a deeper relaxing experience.
